Why is coaching popular?
Coaching levels the playing field. Coaching can keep you focused and motivated, and clients may choose to work on short term or long term goals.
There are two types of youth coaching which may interest you; individual coaching and coaching workshops. In the coaching workshops you all work together on a session theme for example building confidence, setting goals, improving communication skills etc

Individual coaching can be highly effective, you can work with a coach on a one-on-one basis to build up your confidence and self esteem. We assess your strengths and set realistic goals and actions that you are comfortable with to get you great results.
